Yes. Go to Account Settings, select 'Close Account', and confirm. Any remaining balance is returned to your original payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within 3–5 business days. Your account data is archived per our retention policy.

Email [email protected] with your transaction ID, date and reason. We'll investigate within 48 hours and respond with findings. If we confirm an error, we'll reverse it immediately. If you disagree with our decision, you can escalate to our compliance team.

All DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions use bank-grade encryption. Your card or wallet details are never stored on our servers. Payment processors handle all sensitive data. We comply with PCI-DSS standards for any card-linked accounts.

You can update your email, phone number and password anytime in Account Settings. Legal name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified. If you need to correct these, contact support with identity documentation.

We may restrict your account if we detect fraud, underage access, or violation of our terms. You'll receive an email explaining the reason and next steps. Most restrictions are lifted within 24 hours once resolved. Serious violations may result in permanent closure.

Active account data is retained as long as your account is open. After closure, we keep transaction records for 7 years per financial regulations. Personal data is deleted after 2 years unless required by law. You can request a data export anytime.
